SMS Terms

By creating an account and actively checking the separate SMS consent boxes in the OpenTruck app (each unchecked by default), or by submitting the form on our SMS opt-in page or promotional SMS opt-in page with your account phone number, you agree to receive the types of recurring automated text messages you select. Transactional consent covers order updates, account notifications, and food truck updates for trucks you follow. Promotional consent is collected separately (its own checkbox or its own page) and covers offers, features, and local vendor promotions. You may choose either, both, or neither. Accepting our Terms of Service does not opt you in to SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your activity and preferences.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enable messages, update your notification preferences in the OpenTruck app.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in information will be used in accordance with the OpenTruck Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
