Option 1: Delete in the app
Open the OpenTruck app, go to your Profile settings, and choose the option to delete your account. This is the fastest way to remove your data.
Option 2: Email us
Send a deletion request to support@getopentruck.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account Data Deletion Request.”
What happens when you delete your account
- Your personal information is deleted within 30 days.
- Public content you created (such as reviews or truck photos) may remain visible but will be anonymized.
- Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as payment records.
